Depression is more common than people think and it can permeate all aspects of a person’s life. With effective treatment approaches and therapeutic interventions, depression symptoms can be alleviated. However, if untreated depression can leave people feeling isolated, disconnected, unhappy, unmotivated, helpless, and sometimes even hopeless.
