Although anxiety is sometimes caused by a physical health concern, anxiety is often routed in trauma and not until the trauma is addressed will symptoms truly be relieved. It is essential to pay attention to the signs of anxiety and learn the the impact of the ways in which it is routed within our traumatic experiences to most effectively overcome it.
